Regional Social Welfare Resource Center Budapest (BSZF) is a member of a national network of social centres. It operates in Central Hungary (Budapest and Pest County), from which it conducts research on social and equal opportunities issues. It also provides professional guidance and assistance on social issues for frontline workers, i.e. family and childcare centres, the social services, police service, schools, shelters and NGOs. With the involvement of experts and networks from private agencies, BSZF develops training modules and conducts training, organizes local working groups, regional as well as international workshops and conferences.
