Current work:
I am a graduated social worker and I work for "Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft e.V." (www.bwhw.de). I am the project manager of "Mädchen-Medien- Zukunft/ Girls- Media- Future" (www.bwhw-michelstadt.de). MMZ is a vocational training scheme for young women between 16 and 25 years.

Iin addition to career choice and practical placement, the girls learn to work with media like computer (hardware, word, excel, power point, internet), digital camera, video, etc. The "speciality" of this project is the internet-training for external persons, which is hold by the participant girls.

Past work:
I have managed the project BVH - Berufsvorbereitung und Hauptschule. It is a project for school drop outs. Besides, I have worked for the local career centre as a street worker.

Educational and Professional Training:
I have completed the "Abitur" that is the general qualification for university entrance and then I have studied social work at university/ high school.

Professional areas of interest:
I am interested in working with young people and adults in combination with other subjects, for example new medias; I think linking up social work with other topics and companies is highly interesting.

Different working areas surrounding social work; for example: advisory activity, work with youth, computer and internet, assessment, job placement, etc. (see points 1-4)

German and English. And I hope that I will start learning Spanish in the near future.
